Archetype Health's very own Dr. John Palmer will be hosting the first in the series of two exclusive cooking lessons. Hosted at his beautiful home, Dr. Palmer will be combining his nutritional knowledge and his many years as a chef to educate attendees on the dos and don'ts of healthy eating. This seminar will focus on pan cooking and the price of admission will include all the necessary tools for preparing a spectacular meal along with Dr. Palmer's undivided attention.
