Our experienced team of trainers and therapists work closely with clients to create personalized training programs tailored to their specific needs. The program consists of two tiers:
- Tier 1 - Injury Rehabilitation: This phase focuses on addressing your injury and providing the necessary support to facilitate recovery. Our therapists will design a customized rehabilitation plan based on your specific injury and goals.
- Tier 2 - Altitude, Strength, and Basics of Fitness: In this phase, we gradually introduce altitude training to improve oxygen utilization and cardiovascular fitness. Our trainers will guide you through strength-building exercises and the fundamentals of fitness to further enhance your recovery and overall physical performance.
