This is the time of year we are thinking of others, giving gifts, attending parties, and celebrating the past year. One thing that most individuals begin to think about is what next year will look like and how will everything pan out. Will it be good? Excellent? Best year yet? I’d suggest that being selfish and taking time to figure this out is crucial for your happiness and success. You being selfish is the only way to help others around you. You have to first plan your life and let the rest follow suit. I’m going to go through what I do, maybe it will encourage you to begin a path of success and prosperity.
Right this moment, you have the power of decision and the ability to take action and make things happen in your life that you could only imagine. How you obtain the unfathomable is that you create what you want by writing it into existence. This creation can take place anywhere: paper, computer, a napkin, anything! You have to get the thoughts out of your head and make them real. This will only happen if you write them down and bring them into creation. Not until you write your thoughts down will they grow and become change in your life, so start writing those amazing thoughts.
If you don’t know what to write, start writing, write anything. If you continue to write, eventually you will have a brain dump and it will be extremely gratifying in deciding what you do or do not want in your life. As you exercise this creation process it will get easier, but I will write more about that later. What I want you to understand is that until you write and create what you want, can you critically decide what path is right or wrong for your life. When you have your thoughts on paper you can read, reread, change, edit, delete, and decide exactly what you want and do not want in your life.
If you rely on emotion-driven reactions to your day-to-day you will not make progress. It will be extremely hard to get the best outcome a week, month, or year from now. In modern society, we have such a fast-paced rate of information, comprehension, and reaction to information. With the massive amount of information we “take in” and have to process immediately is extremely difficult to make the best possible decision on a consistent basis. Having a plan that you have created, reviewed, and know like the back of your hand is key to your success. Spending time to create your dream life, think about it, and critically decide what you want in your life will be the fastest way to you having the unfathomable every day of your life.
Sound too good to be true? Only you can decide this.
Only you can change you.
No one will do it for you, it starts with you.
A thought-out plan, then consistently implementing your plan. Every decision you make in your life will guarantee your success.

Happiness is a state of mind. We can find happiness in all areas of life, from the mundane to extraordinary - if we look around and see what's good with our lives. One way I try to stay happy despite our external environment is by practicing gratitude every day for the little things that matter: my family, friends, home or favorite food no matter how small they may be at times when it seems like everything else goes wrong. Research has shown that expressing gratitude increases serotonin production and this hormone will make us feel really great! It also protects against heart disease thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties; boosts immunity because it helps fight off viruses more effectively than any other type of immune cells; improves sleep quality as well as mood regulation
