Last year we opened a state-of-the-art altitude training room in order to assist those who work and/or perform at higher altitudes. Our altitude room can change from 1000 ft to 17,000 ft. The higher in altitude the room, the less oxygen that is available, making breathing harder. Training at a higher altitude can help patients build stronger muscles, decrease recovery time, and it can even help you lose weight since you burn up to 50% more calories than you would training at sea level.
Performance athletes, competitive skiers and snowboarders, swimmers, mountain climbers, distance hikers, and those struggling with recovery time.
